Code of Conduct
Code of Conduct for all EFL Japan events, in person and online.
EFL Japan is committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all attendees, exhibitors and staff. We expect all participants, both at EFL Japan events and in any correspondence pertaining to and before or after any EFL Japan events, to adhere to the following code of conduct:
Respect for all: We will not tolerate any form of discrimination, harassment, or bullying based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, atheism, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, language, name or ability.
Professional conduct: All attendees, exhibitors, and staff are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. This includes refraining from making offensive comments or engaging in disruptive behavior.
Photography and recording: Photography and recording are allowed in designated areas only and with the consent of those being photographed or recorded. Attendees are not permitted to record or photograph any part of the event without the express permission of the organizers.
Use of alcohol and drugs: The use of alcohol or drugs is not permitted on the event premises. Attendees found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be asked to leave the event.
Safety and emergency procedures: Attendees must follow all safety and emergency procedures as outlined by the event organizers. In case of emergency, please follow the instructions of the event staff.
Compliance with laws and regulations: Attendees must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while on the event premises.
We reserve the right to remove any attendees who violate these rules or engage in any behavior that is deemed disruptive or unsafe. If you experience or witness any violation of this code of conduct, please report it to the event staff immediately.
We strive to create a safe and inclusive environment for all attendees and appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this code of conduct.
